"I am considered one of the hardest trainers in the off-road motorcycle-racing world. I know what has worked for me to win 6 national championships, numerous national and international races and earn several gold medals in the international six days enduro. It has been a lot of work and dedication, but the things that I have learned from my hard work have crossed over into every aspect of my life.
Over the years I have spent countless hours in and out of the gym refining my training program to make me that much better than my competition. I always knew that I would never get beat because someone was in better shape. And now I am letting all that knowledge out to help you achieve your goals.
I have experience working with and training athletes of all ages and I can tell you the most important thing to remember, whatever training you decide to do, make it fun and exciting for you" - Justin Raines
